Full Power is an APP providing charging services and intelligent control of charge point for car owners. To explain how Full Power collects, uses and stores your personal information, we will describe relevant matters through this privacy policy, the main points of which are as follows:

When you use Full Power and related services, in order to ensure the normal operation of the software and services, we will collect your hardware model, operating system version number, International Mobile Equipment Identity (IMEI), network device hardware address (MAC), IP address, software version number, network access method and type, operation logs and other information. Please note that these are basic information that we must collect to provide services and ensure the normal operation of the product.

2. Information for registering for Full Power and related services

When you register for Full Power services, we will collect your email account, and the email address is collected to help you complete the registration and protect your account security. Email address is sensitive information, if you do not provide such information, you may not be able to use some of our services normally, but it will not affect your normal use of other functions of Full Power.

3. Information you upload or provide when using the Services

When you use Full Power's feedback service, we may collect feedback and email information that you fill in when you give your feedback, as appropriate. We may use this information to fulfill your requests, to provide related products or services, or for anti-fraud purposes.

4. Information for providing shooting services

When you use one of the "Scan and Charge", "Set Avatar", or "Feedback" functions, we will request your authorization for sensitive permissions such as camera (video camera), photos, and so on in order to implement these functions. If you refuse to authorize the necessary permissions for certain services, you will not be able to use the corresponding functions, but it will not affect your normal use of other Full Power functions.

2. Device information: SN number, network information, authorized users, charging plan, charging mode, communication mode.

We suggest that you backup all relevant account information and data before deactivating your account, and confirm that all services related to your account have been properly handled.

After deactivating your account, Full Power will delete your personal information or anonymize it (except as otherwise required by laws and regulations).

- Deactivating account will result in the termination of the services provided to you by our Company and the termination of the rights and obligations of both parties as agreed in the Privacy Policy and the User Agreement, except where otherwise provided by law or regulation or otherwise agreed in other terms of this page, or where by its nature it cannot be terminated.

- During the period of your account deactivation, if your account is involved in disputes, including but not limited to: complaints, reports, lawsuits, arbitrations, investigations by state authorities, etc., please understand and agree that Full Power reserves the right to terminate the deactivation of this account at its sole discretion without obtaining your consent separately.

- The deactivation of this account does not imply any exemption or mitigation of account actions and related responsibilities prior to the deactivation of this account.

We deeply regret your decision to deactivate your account. If you still decide to proceed with your account deactivation, your account must also meet the following conditions:

- The account is not tied to a hardware device;

- The account is in a secure state: the account is in normal use and is not at risk of theft or in a blocked state;

- The account property has been cleared: there are no assets, outstanding payments, unsettled funds and virtual benefits in the account (including membership benefits

etc.);

- The account has no outstanding or disputed services: there are no outstanding or disputed services in the account or there are no uncompleted or disputed services, etc. among the third parties accessed through this account.

Please understand that due to technical limitations, legal or regulatory requirements, we may not be able to satisfy all of your requirements, and we will respond to your request within a reasonable period of time.
